what are you going to do
– Reporting to the Executive Chef, essential job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
– Create a menu that proposes regional, classic and mixed dishes according to the concept of the restaurant, including pizza and other Italian bakery recipes.
Consistently provide professional, friendly and proactive guest service with the support of fellow colleagues.
Complete daily market menus to ensure quality food ordering while keeping costs budgeted.
Meeting with store keepers to ensure that quality and parity are maintained.
– Conducting daily periodic briefings.
Ensure that all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards and expectations.
Coordinate daily with outlet managers and chefs to maintain open lines of communication regarding guest feedback.
Operational and administrative budget and colleagues’ needs.
Ensures proper staffing and scheduling in accordance with productivity guidelines.
Follow kitchen policies and procedures and service standards.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Include your experience and skills
Previous culinary leadership experience and a deep and clear understanding of the history, traditions and culture of Italian food.
– Good Communication Skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Responsible, highly reliable and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
