Our client is a dedicated software company that offers a robust and ever-evolving Crypto/Web3 product to clients which has made them industry leaders. Their growth has continued through Covid and they are looking to put together a new software support team and are hiring 1x senior and 1x mid-level developer to join their team.
Working in this newly formed team, you will play a key role in building a variety of components to assist the IT support team with activities. The role can be split into 60% creating and maintaining high-quality production level software (so it’s a step beyond the traditional support role) and 40% looking into investigating bugs, interacting with the support team, and investigating legacy code to see where they can update.
With 20 across Dev/QA, it is already a collaborative friendly environment and there is an opportunity to move to the lead development team or move into a lead support role in due course.

You must have solid business experience in one or more development languages such as PHP, Lavarel, Java and C# .Net to be considered for this role and be proficient in Arabic.
Crucial to this role are the nature of investigation and strong troubleshooting skills. You will be in the IT support team closely, so you will be expected to have a collaborative nature and willingness to solve and help support activities.
Experience with legacy systems/languages will be helpful (C++/Cobol/Vb.Net etc) as well as Android/iOS. More recent exposure to JavaScript frameworks and Xamarin forms would be helpful.
