SLRB, RERA sign agreements with Beyon Connect

Manama, April 13 (BNA): Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Survey and Real Estate Registration Authority, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa of Batelco. The Chairman attended a signing ceremony between SLRP and RERA with BionConnect, a Batelco company.


The agreements were signed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Director General of Land Registration at SLRP, and Christian Rasmussen, CEO of BionConnect.


Sheikh Salman said that SLRP and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency are keen to achieve the Kingdom’s digital vision 2030, and are working to adopt advanced solutions to provide more services and easy transactions that rely on modern technology.


He explained that the goal is to achieve the highest levels of quality, accuracy and efficiency, and to enable individuals and companies to conduct their transactions digitally.


“Using this technology is intended to save effort and time for customers using the services provided by both SLRB and RERA, and this step is part of the ongoing development and modernization process that SLRB and RERA are undertaking towards electronic transformation,” he said.


Sheikh Salman stressed that the partnership between SLRP and RERA with PuneConnect implements government directives aimed at cooperation between government and private sector institutions to provide the best services to citizens and residents, as well as companies benefiting from services.


Sheikh Abdullah commended the signing of agreements between Beyon Connect, SLRB and RERA.

“This strategic partnership will have a positive impact in achieving common goals in providing digital solutions that serve the interests of individuals and institutions alike,” he said.


“Beyon Connect’s provision of OneID digital identity solutions and OneBox digital mailboxes to SLRB and RERA will enrich the capabilities of both entities by adopting innovative solutions to provide more digital services.”


He added that this step reflects Batelco’s digital transformation strategy and provides innovative and secure digital solutions and services, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 economic vision.


The agreement between the entities will see Beyon Connect introduce its innovative digital mailbox solution, OneBox, to enable secure communication of official documents and messages between RERA and SLRB with the public sector, private companies and residents of Bahrain.


Beyon Connect will also introduce its latest new product, OneID, which brings a new platform to register a unique digital identity, to securely interact with public and private sector digital services across Bahrain.


“We see the adoption of OneID and OneBox solutions from Beyon Connect as an important step in providing improved and sustainable digital services to the real estate ecosystem, which contributes to reducing the average time to deliver and deliver services around the clock,” Sheikh Mohammed said. .
