Manama, October 3 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, praised His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, praising the royal democratic visions that supported the legislative life in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
In a statement today, Al-Saleh praised the dedicated efforts to serve the nation, inspired by the reform project led by His Majesty the King, the National Action Charter and the Constitution of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He expressed his gratitude to His Majesty the King, who, while presiding over the weekly session of the Council of Ministers, thanked the members of the Shura Council and legislators during the past five periods for their dedicated efforts in achieving more achievements for the nation.
He attributed the legislative achievements to the directives of His Majesty the King, the fruitful cooperation with the government, and the diligent follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He stressed the importance of the upcoming elections, which will support national and political participation in decision-making, stressing the need for concerted work and sincere efforts to continue building on the achievements of the Legislative Council for twenty years.
