Shura Chairman: Royal address embodies vision of wise king

Manama, December 16 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh praised the speech of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the nation as the Kingdom celebrates its national holidays in celebration of the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain. An Arab and Islamic state, founded by Ahmed Al-Fateh in 1783, on the day His Majesty the King ascended the reins of power.

He added that the speech embodies the vision of a wise king and leader of the nation-building process and advanced urbanization.

Al Saleh expressed his great appreciation for His Majesty the King’s aspirations and ambitions to enhance Bahrain’s position since the establishment of the modern Bahraini state during the era of founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, and the great efforts made by Bahrain’s honorable rulers until the rule of Bahrain. The Speaker of the Shura Council praised what was stated in the royal speech regarding the reverence for national unity, cooperation and solidarity in Bahrain, and for its sincerity in serving the Kingdom.

Al-Saleh praised the pioneering role played by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and his tireless efforts in the Council of Ministers, praising his wisdom, his forward-looking views, and his keenness to take steps to enhance national achievements.
