Manama, February 28 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Syria, Waheed Mubarak Sayyar.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors congratulated the Ambassador on obtaining the royal confidence, and wished him success in performing his new duties.
Al-Saleh valued the contributions of Bahraini ambassadors and diplomats, and their continued keenness to consolidate relations that unite the Kingdom with other countries.
Al-Sayyar expressed his appreciation to the Shura Council for its national role and legislative responsibility to enhance cooperation by approving joint agreements and treaties.
