Manama, November 24 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, received today a delegation from the Bahraini Society for Tolerance and Religious Coexistence, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Yousef Bouzboun. He praised the community’s efforts in promoting coexistence, peace and interfaith dialogue, stressing that the Kingdom’s historical heritage is characterized by the harmony that characterizes Bahraini society.
For his part, the Association’s Chairman of the Board of Directors expressed his thanks to the Speaker of the Shura Council, praising the Council’s role in issuing legislation aimed at promoting human rights and protecting unity and social stability.
