Shura Chairman receives Arab Excellence Medal

Cairo, February 23 (BNA) The Arab Parliament honored Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh with the Arab Excellence Medal in recognition of his distinguished role and contributions to legislative work and Arab parliamentary diplomacy.

Al-Saleh presented the medal to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the first supporter of parliamentary work, expressing his pride in the royal confidence and support of His Majesty the King during the national march.

The Speaker of the Shura Council indicated that Bahrain is witnessing comprehensive reform, development, growth and prosperity in all fields.

The Speaker of the Arab House of Representatives, Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asomai, praised the role of the Speaker of the Shura Council, which is full of national achievements, stressing that Al-Saleh deserves this medal, which came in appreciation of his national, professional and political career.
