Manama, Nov. 28 (BNA): Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh expressed his sincere gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the precious royal trust bestowed upon him by appointing him as Speaker of the Shura Council for the sixth legislative session.
The Shura Council Speaker said that the royal trust is a source of great pride and impetus to continue his efforts to deepen the achievements and successes of His Majesty the King’s democratic approach and strengthen his regime.
Al-Saleh thanked His Majesty the King for his support for the development plans in the Kingdom, affirming loyalty and allegiance to His Majesty the King, and his eagerness to carry out his constitutional duties to the fullest.
He affirmed cooperation with the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in supporting the legislative authority.
Al-Saleh congratulated His Majesty the King on the success of this year’s parliamentary and municipal elections, which confirms the fruitful gains achieved by His Majesty’s leadership over the past twenty years.
Asking God Almighty to grant His Majesty King Hamad abundant health, happiness and long life.
