A cloud kitchen to serve a group of distinguished hotels within the United Arab Emirates
Job title:
• Fully equip the plant with the appropriate tools and equipment according to the company’s instructions
• Preparing and serving high quality shawarma by following approved standard recipes
• Maintain the sanitation of the assigned workstation at all times
• Work with Sous chef on the list of all daily preparations, kitchen team priority, special tasks, etc.
• Ensure that the shawarma portion and temperature are of high quality standards
• Monitoring the food stock at the designated station including freshness of food and discarding old items
