Manama, March 9 (BNA) A delegation from the Saudi Fund for Development headed by Chief Executive Officer Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Murshed visited a number of vital projects that are financed under the Cold Development Program.
These projects mainly include the Al Fateh Road Development Project, one of the strategic projects of Maja, the intersection between Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Expressway and Sheikh Isa bin Salman Road (Saar Intersection), the Ramli Housing Project, and the Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalid Al Khalifa Dialysis Center in Riffa. .
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, and Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf praised the Saudi support for vital projects that contribute to advancing development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, reflecting the strategic partnership between the two countries.
The Minister of Housing, Basem bin Yaqoub Al-Hamar, also praised the visit of the Fund’s delegation, noting the strong bilateral relations that bind the two countries.
The Saudi Fund for Development is financing the first phase of Khalifa City, which includes 1,560 units, adding 1,261 units in the Ramli Project.
