Role description

The primary purpose of the Senior Solutions Sales Executive is to achieve the overall revenue target. In order to achieve this goal, Senior Solution Sales Officers must create a complete business plan for the region that generates at least 4 times their share of the pipeline opportunity. The Senior Solution Sales Officer will develop an opportunity plan that contains a value proposition for SAP SuccessFactors to potential clients and prospects in their own territory. The Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, and developing and driving strategy. The Senior Solution Sales Executive is expected to be adept at creating and nurturing executive relationships on their own while hiring the SAP executive team.

Expectations and tasks

Works with the Sales Manager and the team to develop and implement programs to drive pipelines and close deals
– Precise forecasting of management
Works with regional VAT to educate target accounts on solution set and perform account planning for strategic deals
Detects and operates opportunities based on sales cycles as directed by the Regional Sales Leads
Leads efforts to establish, develop and expand market share and generate revenue within specific accounts
– Works to achieve various sales targets related to securing new business opportunities within selected customers
Develops sales best practices to secure repeatable and expanded opportunities across specific accounts
Leads negotiations with Level C on the client
– Acts with integrity

work experience

5+ years experience in sales, preferably in selling business applications and/or IT solutions
Experience in selling to CXOs
– Proven track record of goal achievement

Education and qualification / skills and competencies

Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business/Engineering or Technology)
Preferably completed training on sales methodology
