WSP looking for? Senior Risk Analyst/Change Manager to plan, design and implement a comprehensive risk management and change control process for a program that will:
* Develop and implement risk management and change control across the programme.
* Improve, support and implement risk and change management strategies
* Support and direct the identification and capture of risks and change, and the analysis, evaluation and reporting of efforts across all involved program entities.
* Produce risk and change reports and monitor progress?

A normal week includes:
* Review and approve change and established risk management plans and guidelines.
* Analyze current work processes, procedures and systems, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve service.
* Recommend ways to determine control or reduce change and risk.
* Collect associated data from internal or external sources.
Provide training in all aspects of change and risk management to Program Management Consultants (PMCs) and Public Works Authority (PWA) staff, particularly in the use of: Change Control Process/Process and Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS).
* Contribute to formal project reports and ad hoc reports as required.
* Assist in preparing the relevant section of the program’s monthly reports.
* Provide effective leadership and advice on change and risk management to military and security companies, Palestinian Water Authority and General Engineering Consultants (GECs).
* Oversee and manage quantitative cost and program risk assessments.

* Experience in a similar role in projects with a capital exceeding 4 billion Saudi riyals
* Planning and/or risk engineering experience preferred
* Experience in supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
* Proactive communication skills are essential to success in this role

Experience using the following software/tools:

??????? Experience with ARM, Aconix, P6 and other preferred project management information systems
