Tycoons RE is looking for an established real estate professional who enjoys helping people find their dream home by leveraging their clients and networks.
So, if you are adept at building relationships, being able to recognize customer needs, understanding the market economy, and solid connections with local developers, we want to hear from you!

Main responsibilities:

– Take advantage of the private network to get new deals for sale / purchase;
– Manage and respond to leads in a timely manner;
Conduct market research, connect to the network/database of sources of properties that meet the criteria of research of potential buyers, schedule offers, help them improve their criteria;
– Liaise with the marketing team and internal social networks to create the desired offer;
– cooperating with other brokers when needed to complete deals;
Translating initial verbal agreements into memoranda of understanding.
– Writing and presenting offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiating offers and overseeing the entire closing process;
Stay up-to-date with real estate market conditions, new developments, and Central Bank mortgage-related regulations, and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.

What we offer:

Social media and internal marketing team to support listing display.
Support staff to assist in drafting MOUs/Agreements.
– Starts with 50% commission and goes up to 60% when monthly goals are exceeded.
The commission is processed within 7 days of clearing the check.
Semi-annual rewards for outstanding performance.

– Have solid knowledge of the communities in Dubai, developers, mortgage rates, fees, service charges, competitors,..etc.
You have solid knowledge of RERA/Land Department regulations, procedures, approvals, bank finance and qualification processes.
Ability to attend transfer meetings to close transactions.
– Proven track record as a real estate agent.

– A valid driving license in the United Arab Emirates
