Project: A large, mixed-use development program.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Project Controls Manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the role will be provided to stakeholders, both internally and externally. To work closely with client, sub-consultants and main contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
• Provide information and updates about change management.
• Review the overall status of the project with the project management team and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Risk management and reporting.
• Evaluate and prepare reports on all scheduling, cost and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the project.
• Recognize and customize best practices across different project teams.
• Perform the duties of the Project Controls Manager assigned to the project.
