As a Senior Director of Consulting at SAP, you will demonstrate a very high level of competence in business development and/or technical knowledge, as well as a good understanding of internal processes. You will also have solid experience in client presentation and engagement management. As a trusted advisor, you will identify and develop client and market growth opportunities and use your key subject knowledge to develop client thought leadership.
Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you will facilitate the resolution of disputes and politically sensitive issues internally and with client teams. As a valued leader, you will create and direct high-performance teams across EY, improve learning opportunities for others and create and deliver multi-practice group learning events. As a role model for quality and risk management, she will ensure that all client work is delivered to a high standard of quality in accordance with EY’s Q&RM guidelines.

Customer Responsibilities
Leading SAP Consulting Services operations across various industries
– Lead customer discussions and create sales opportunities by demonstrating our value proposition
– Strengthening relationships with clients to attract new business opportunities
Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various formats including written reports, presentations and discussions with clients, EY teams and other parties
Communicate important issues, fees and estimates for completion to clients
– Strengthening relationships with clients to attract new business opportunities
Understand EY’s complete service offerings and effectively identify opportunities to better serve customers
Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory services and with other services across the organization
– Develop your profile in the market
– Growing awareness of EY’s offerings in the market
– Building strong, long-term relationships with key customer sponsors
– Managing delivery risks on client engagements
Manage all financial aspects of client engagements
Acting as EY’s ambassador in the market and with clients

Develop people through effective supervision, training and mentoring at all levels of staff
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of employees
Lead people-related initiatives including recruitment, retention and training of technology advisory services professionals

Technical skill requirements
Implementation experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controllers
Experience and/or understanding of one or more modules will be added below
– Sales and Distribution

Factory maintenance

Experience in integrating SAP R/3 and S4Hana with legacy applications
Knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence tools
Previous experience with ACTIVATE implementation methodology
Experience in enabling VAT in SAP systems, preferably in Gulf countries
Additional requirements
Proven track record with a first-class consulting firm and/or a first-class organization
Demonstrated experience in business development in the GCC, preferably within Qatar
Approximately 10 to 15 years of total experience and expertise in SAP implementation
Proven track record in structuring and managing projects or work programmes, exceeding customer expectations while managing project risks or issues
– Should have been working on SAP support
Demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing innovative business solutions or new processes.
Strong academic record including degree
Project management and quality assurance for SAP modules
– Bilinguals preferred
