As Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead the housekeeping team on the ground to take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean and comfortable space. In addition, you will play an important role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of a housekeeping supervisor include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assisting the housekeeping manager in day to day operations; Lead and supervise a team of room hostesses to achieve our high hygiene standards.
Give daily briefings with the Room Attendant team, highlighting VIPs and outlining daily initiatives.
Enhance your attention to detail to help achieve cleanliness and presentation results.
– Develop your communication and communication skills with other departments of the hotel, which helps to provide smooth service to all guests.
– Check out guest rooms with a focus on providing unique and magical moments to our guests.
Present in the training room throughout the daily process, providing feedback to improve the quality of their work.
Work alongside our in-house laundry team to ensure the process is running effectively and efficiently.
Keep our guests at the forefront of your thinking, and customize our housekeeping offerings to meet their unique needs.
– To assist in the inspection of VIP rooms.
– Conducting room audits and surprise checks.
Coordinate agency staff when required.
– Performing administrative duties.
qualifications:
2-4 years in housekeeping management or a related field.
Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized and reliable.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines.
