The purpose of the role:

Work in shifts 24/7 and the first point of contact for incident management, fault handling and change management.

Main responsibilities and activities:

First point of contact for incident management, error handling and change management
Responsible for monitoring the operations of the NOC and the client
Assist with other activities and projects as needed
– Generate tickets with the appropriate priority code after making the first diagnosis
– Follow up on time and status to solve open tickets
– Implementation of standard operating procedures
– Assign tickets to appropriate second-level support groups, vendors or customers
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer expectations
Attends Operations and B2B department meetings as required.
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in the relevant area of ​​expertise.
Attending training programs, trainings, seminars, conferences, vendor meetings, user groups and presentations.
Other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in the ICT field (Networking, Systems, Security, etc.)
– Methodical with good troubleshooting skills
– Good communication skills in English
Solid experience in each area described in “Minimum Experience and Basic Knowledge”
