Oracle Digital is Oracle’s digital sales division in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The objective of the Business Process function within Oracle Digital (OD) is to provide business support to enable the successful, efficient, and effective operation of an OD sales organization in EMEA.

This includes working with the sales leadership on strategic and tactical planning, and the development and implementation of optimal internal sales models.
It also includes providing valuable business information and insight to the sales department, acting as a bridge between sales and all key support functions, allowing critical problems to be identified and resolved and the introduction of improved business processes and systems.

We are currently seeking a Business Process Consultant to support our digital sales team. This role will be dedicated to within the OD Cloud business, providing business support to a Regional Vice President of OD Cloud.

Responsibilities will include the following key areas:

Business Planning:

– Lead the implementation of the LOB . strategy
Work with Senior Sales Management to review and define the optimal Go To Market strategy for your area;
– Improved sales coverage (region/product/industry)
Comparison with global and industry best practices for digital sales models;
Assist in defining and implementing sales channel strategies for OD EMEA

Business and Change Management Initiatives:

Act as the interface between Oracle Digital Sales and other key functions to identify and resolve critical business issues:
Drive business improvement by reviewing and improving key business processes.
Project manages other critical business process projects as requested by the Senior Business Operations Department and Sales Leadership;
Business excellence in insight and forecasting
Provide business insights and recommendations to meet/achieve excessive business expectations
Maintain and support consistency and credibility of expectations
Proactively highlight potential gaps and areas of risk
Governance and strategic programs
Defining success criteria and business management metrics
Represent Oracle Digital’s business processes on specific EMEA business processes and projects and manage change.
Assist in implementing the governance of supported sales teams in Oracle Digital EMEA.
Ultimately becoming a trusted business advisor, providing essential operational support as well as serving as a voice board for other key business issues of concern to OD business leaders.

Required qualifications:

3+ years of relevant work experience
– Degree/Diploma in an appropriate discipline (or equivalent)
