We work with a rapidly expanding architectural and interior design consultancy as they are looking for a Senior Architect to join them immediately. We specialize in working with high net worth individuals. Candidates must pay attention to detail with excellent design and client facing experience in high-end luxury residential projects.
salary:
20,000 to 25,000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.
Responsibilities:
Managing architectural project design teams
Responsible for determining the list of architectural drawings and documents for projects and ensuring their production
Facilitates coordination and integration of multidisciplinary design teams including sub-specialty consultants and consultants assigned directly by the client and other stakeholders
Technical coordination and integration between multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultants
Attends coordination meetings and design workshops as required
Overall responsibility for the outputs of the architectural system
Preparing and monitoring design documents as per standard procedures and contractual requirements
Prepares design documents to enable reviews and resolve any comments
Ensures design calculations are checked and comments resolved
– Coordination of design documents in all disciplines
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
– Bachelor degree
High experience in high-end residential projects
– Fluency in English
