Security Manager

As our Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s security operations to develop security strategies, implement security procedures, supervise security officers and guards, and report to the General Manager. If you are ready for this challenge, we are ready for you.

What will you do:
Develop and implement hotel security policies, protocols and procedures.
Liaise with local authorities in order to identify activities that may affect the operation of the hotel such as seasonal events, current societal crime trends, political activity, etc., and share any such concerns with superiors.
Control of access to crime scenes/natural disasters in order to preserve evidence while waiting for authorities to arrive.
To attend reports and follow up on all reported guest harassment, or alleged incidents of theft to ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
Conduct a special investigation into high-profile security issues and prepare reports for departmental review.

Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character is essential; Customer related experience is an asset.
More than two years of experience as a security manager in a hotel chain.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
