Manama, Nov. 24 (BNA): The President of the Supreme Council of Health, Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, today conducted an inspection visit to the Salmaniya Medical Complex.
The meeting was attended by Her Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Jalila bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Governmental Hospitals, Sheikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, CEO Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Ansari, and other officials from the Sulaymaniyah Medical Complex.
The Chairman of the Council affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to enhance the status of medical services, praising the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the health sector.
Dr. Hassan renewed his commitment to continue developing the health sector, improving the level of services and raising quality levels. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Governmental Hospitals, Sheikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to enhance health care quality standards.
