what are you going to do
At Chalhoub, creativity comes alive! Working as a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients through personalized services, achieving sales/receivables targets, and managing inventory. You will also build, train and oversee a frontline team as well as support the implementation of in-store events.

• Will build and maintain supplier/retailer relationships in order to build a strong business relationship
• Communicate with retailers to assess their needs and provide assistance in meeting those needs
• Handling retailer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and uses of the product and services
• Cascade and distribute targeted monthly sales through points of sale
• Conduct store visits to monitor POS performance and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Overseeing the sales process by following up on orders and deliveries (and collections)
• Ensure that dues are paid and collected in a timely manner
• Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, competitors’ products, prices and sales
• Support in-store marketing activations that are done correctly
• Ensure replenishment of stock in stock at appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
• Supervise the ordering and replenishment of all goods to avoid out of stock and process orders if necessary
• Maintain a running inventory through sales promotions in coordination with the back office team
• Ensure that marketing guidelines are met for all brands
• Executing field launches/animations in line with the Backoffice team
• Work with the sales manager to set quantitative and qualitative goals for events
• Handling the setting up of POS events, following trade marketing guidelines
• Participate in the recruitment and training of the sales team
• Encourage and motivate sales teams to implement events and achieve sales targets
• Help determine the optimal schedule of events taking into account local and cultural events
• Send event and outcome reports to management (quantitative report, qualitative information, key lessons learned)
• Participate in related projects and community activities as and when needed
