• The Sales Manager will be a highly motivated individual who will lead the local sales team in Kuwait and ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
• The candidate will be aware of the market and make recommendations to management accordingly to ensure the company adapts to market changes or opportunities.
• They will be responsible for preparing, presenting and reviewing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales plans.
• They will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, operation and reporting of the entire sales team along with developing relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Work closely with other key departments to ensure standards of quality, availability, pricing and supply are met.
• Candidate must be highly motivated, have a university degree or higher education qualification, have proven experience as a National Sales Manager and be able to demonstrate proven sales growth and key account management.
• The individual should have experience in leading and developing a multinational team of vendors and be able to build relationships internally and externally at all levels.
