Sales Representative/Lady (Food & Beverage Retail)

What will you do:
Greeting and directing customers
Provide accurate information (such as product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
– Answer customer questions about specific products/services
– Selling products in transit
Ensure that the shelves are fully filled
Coordinate with the team of retail sales representatives to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
– Inform customers of discounts and special offers
– Provide customer feedback to the Food and Beverage Manager
– Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Your experience and skills include:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative in retail food and beverage sales
Understand the retail process
Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior
Knowledge of inventory procedures
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships
– Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work in different shifts
– Certificate of Secondary Education
