Job purpose:
The Sales Executive is responsible for building relationships with clients for new projects with better negotiations and delivering them with better margins.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains existing and adds new customers to secure the required sales volume and maximize profits
• Reviews customer inquiries and specifications for pricing strategies
• Negotiates and finalizes new projects
• Coordinates with the credit analyst for customer payments and ensures collection is on time
• Coordinates with the Central Dispatch Team to deliver supplies on time
• Coordinates with the Customer Experience Desk to resolve all complaints
• Implement the digital way of doing business using the CEMEX Go . platform
Minimum requirements:
Education/Professional Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Civil Engineering. Sales and marketing will be an additional factor
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing – Preferred ready-mix concrete industry in Abu Dhabi
Specific Job Competencies:
• Familiar with concrete products
• Familiar with additives, aggregates and cementitious materials
• Knowledge in SAP applications
• Experience in MS Windows and MS Office
• Customer service mentality
