• Previous property sales and vacation home experience in finding potential clients to list their homes with us.
• Evaluating properties for inclusion in a short-term rental and to help homeowners get the best rental income
• Experience in the local real estate community and be familiar with current home sales.
• Actively search for new listing opportunities through cold calling.
• Answer questions about contracts, listing terms and returns.
• Get, maintain and update exclusive listing deals.
• Take guests/clients on house tours and attend open houses (scenes).
• Evaluate the value of real estate, and find suitable areas to expand our range of holiday homes.
• Prepare documents after obtaining the list of homeowners, such as short-term lease contracts, no-objection certificate, and bonds.
• Attending conferences, seminars and employee union meetings to stay familiar with the real estate markets.
• Have good network and data.
• With expert selling and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a keen ability to communicate to build business
• Strong work ethic. Nice and trustworthy behaviour. High level of honesty and integrity
• Ability to work independently and understand and present contracts
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
