Prepare a goal-oriented and forward-looking business plan on a quarterly basis.
· Identify and create new business contacts and liaise with existing contacts.
Organizing sales visits
Contacting customers to receive and follow up inquiries after submitting the bid.
Coordinate with the estimation, planning and engineering team to prepare bids, offers and quotations.
Maintaining and updating the tender register.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions
Review cost and sales performance and submit sales report on a monthly basis.
Follow up with customers to get payments on time as per agreed payment terms and conditions.
Prepare supply and demand reports for air ducts and dampers based on prevailing market trends and evaluate the company’s performance against local competitors.
Attending trade fairs, conferences and meetings.
Ensure that sales targets are met.
Minimum 7 years experience.
Bachelor’s degree mechanical engineer or any engineer is preferred.
Very good communication skills
Knowledge of business development.
You must have a Kuwaiti driving license
You must have a KSE membership.
Experience working in the commercial, oil and gas sectors.
