Celine is a thriving French fashion and leather house spearheaded by a comprehensive and creative new venture led by Hedi Slimane, its Artistic Director.

what are you going to do
We are looking for a sales consultant who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our clients.
Contribute to the development of sales and the achievement of common selling objectives.
– Welcome and advise our customers and provide the best customer service.
Our customers share the story behind our products and provide our expertise.
Be proactive and bold by suggesting complementary products.
Contribute to the recruitment and retention of our clients by building distinguished and lasting relationships with all of them.
– Be active part of the operational life of the store: visual marketing, re-stocking, transportation, after-sales service, inventory management.
Monitor and respect internal procedures and guidelines
Supporting the digital development of the home.
– Be a great ambassador for Celine and the group
– Upholding the spirit of CELINE with your creativity and sense of excellence.
What you will need to succeed
High sensitivity to product, fashion and knowledge
– At least 2 years of previous experience in sales, fashion or luxury sectors
Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide them with the best customer experience.
– Taste the challenge and team spirit
A sense of service, natural curiosity, openness, optimism and empathy are all key factors to your success at CELINE.
– She speaks French and English fluently. A third language would be an added advantage.
