Indianapolis Jan. 9 (BUS): Domantas Sabonis scored a career high of 42 points on 18 of 22 to help the Indiana Pacers beat the Utah Jazz 125-113 on Saturday night.
Lance Stephenson added 16 points, 14 assists and four steals from the bench. Duane Washington Jr. also scored 16 points and Justin Holiday 15.
Donovan Mitchell led Utah with 36 points and nine assists. Bojan Bogdanovic scored 21 points, the Associated Press reported.
The Pacers cut short a six-game losing streak and completed a seasonally jazz sweep.

Phoenix: Tyler Hero scored a season-high 33 points, Duncan Robinson scored his season-high 27 points, and the Miami Heat continued with some hot shots to beat the NBA leader Phoenix.
The hit shot is 50% from 3-point range, and equals the franchise record of 22 makes 44 attempts from behind the arc. Robinson was 8 to 16 in 3 seconds. Herro made 12 of 20 shots, and made three three-pointers.
The Heat had 11 players on the inactive roster, with star guard Jimmy Butler who sprained his right ankle.
Devin Booker led the Phoenix team with 26 points. Deandre Ayton, Jae Crowder and JaVale McGee are back after spending time on the COVID-19/protected list.

Giannis Antikonmo scored 43 points and 12 rebounds, and Andy Khris Middleton added 27 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists for Milwaukee.

Josh Richardson had 17 points and Robert Williams finished with 12 points, seven rebounds and four blocks for the Celtics, who split the home streak after the Knicks recovered from 25 points Thursday night in New York.
RJ Barrett scored 19 points and Julius Randle added 13 points and 12 rebounds for the Knicks.

Marcus Morris scored 29 points for the Clippers. They have lost three consecutive times and four of the last five to lose two games under 0.500 at 19-21.

Detroit: Tree Lyles scored eight of 16 points in the fourth quarter and Detroit won for the third time in five games by defeating Orlando in a match between the two worst teams in the NBA.
Hamdou Diallo added 17 points and Siddik Bey 16. Lyle scored 13 rebounds. Detroit improved to 8-30.
Gary Harris scored a season-high 28 points for Magic. They lost eight in a row to drop to 7-33.
