Royal Endurance Team to participate in World Endurance Championship in Šamorín, Slovakia

Bratislava, July 6 (BNA): The Royal Endurance Team, led by His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Action and Youth Affairs, is participating in the World Endurance Championship in Shamorin, Slovakia.


The jockeys from many European countries, the UAE and Kuwait will also compete in the 120 km and 160 km races of the championship.


His Highness Sheikh Nasser expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their firm support for endurance sport in the Kingdom and enabling it to achieve it. His Highness Sheikh Nasser confirmed that participation in the Shamorin International Endurance Championship comes within the plans of the Royal Endurance Team to participate in European events, which confirms the positive results achieved by the team during the last period, including the Montalcino Championship title.
