What will you do:
Make reservations over the phone or online, ensuring that reservations are handled effectively, while maximizing revenue handles all associated processes
Maximizing room reservations by offering a pleasant and efficient reservations service in line with the hotel’s brand and sales policy.
Provides administrative support to the CEO/Reservations Manager and ensures implementation of hotel related policies, standards and procedures.
Provides answers tailored to clients’ needs, considering accommodation possibilities.
– Quickly identify the new customer and adjust the sales presentation accordingly
Informing customers of the services offered at the hotel and encouraging them to use the hotel facilities.
– Familiarity with the local area around the hotel including competition
– Customers are suggested to other Accor hotels if the hotel is full
Provide administrative support to the sales department and food and beverage service for conference and party reservations.
Handles conference reservation inquiries through emails and phones, and conducts negotiations in coordination with the Sales Department or Food and Beverage Service Department.
– Guest interaction and presentation around the hotel
Your experience and skills include:
– A guest-focused personality is key; Experience is an asset
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Fluency in English. Additional languages are an added advantage.

Banyan Tree will operate and expand the luxury Ashar camp, embracing the region’s Arab heritage to seamlessly blend with the stunning landscapes of Wadi Ashar and stand at the heart of the planned ‘living museum’ experience in AlUla. The camp is located near AlUla’s premier Maraya Concert Hall and recently hosted guests of the annual Winter At Festival.
Tantora Cultural Festival, elevates the experiences of visitors by linking them to the nature, art and origins of AlUla.
