What will you do:
– Consistently provide exceptional, friendly and engaging service
– Ensure the best choice for the guest and ensure revenue maximization through additional selling
– Recommend facility facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
– Reserving room reservation requests, entering room lists, and updating accurate information in the system
Your experience and skills include:
– The guest-centered personality is key; Experience is an asset
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
Your team and work environment:
– Opportunity to enjoy working within the property through internal/external staff activities
Able to work with the team as ‘family’
