RERA Chief Executive opens Bahrain Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2023

Manama, Feb. 9 (BNA): Under the auspices of the President of the Survey and Land Registration Authority, Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency and CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Today, Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa inaugurated the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2023 (BREIX23).

The exhibition, which takes place in Bahrain City Center Mall until February 11, brings together major real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority affirmed the great support provided by the real estate sector to enhance its role in achieving the goals of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He praised the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to implement strategic plans to develop the sector.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said that the establishment of such specialized real estate exhibitions is in line with the aspirations of upgrading the sector and diversifying economic resources to increase the contribution of non-oil sectors to the gross domestic product. He referred to the positive results achieved in the real estate sector, which are in line with the positive indicators in the economic recovery plan. He referred to the government’s measures to attract investments in the real estate sector, implement Bahrain’s economic vision 2030, and achieve sustainable development goals.
