Charterhouse is working exclusively with the luxury jewelry design house with a long history of craftsmanship and excellence launching its first stores in the Middle East and is looking to appoint an experienced Regional Director to lead its ambitious expansion plans across the region.

The main purpose of this role will be to lead the expansion of the retail and wholesale business across the GCC and constantly identify new opportunities to grow the brand’s presence in the Middle East region.
You will be responsible for the recruitment, development, training and motivation of the small regional team and will lead the performance of the team and business.
Additionally, this role will focus on conducting regular market and competitor analysis, and marketing ROI analysis to provide a transparent overview of market conditions to the HQ.
Furthermore, this role will oversee all aspects of regional marketing and promotion activity.
Our client is looking for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of the fine jewelry sector specifically, who can work with a high level of independence but also collaborate efficiently with all colleagues and partners.
To be considered for this role, you must have a background in the luxury industry, fine jewelry preferred and a great knowledge of the GCC market and its clients. The role requires a strong leader with an entrepreneurial and dynamic personality with retail and wholesale experience, managing multiple locations. You must have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
