Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit potential candidates using a variety of channels available from time to time.
Evaluate candidates to ascertain client requirements, matching qualifications, cultural fit and compatibility.
Conduct confidential interviews when necessary and check references and credit.
Researching the customer company, competitors and the market in order to better understand job requirements and sourcing method
– Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements – All assigned jobs must be advertised on all platforms available at the time.
Maintain and follow the resource provision roadmap so that all research criteria are met.
Introduce shortlisted candidates and submit detailed profile summaries.
– Arrange for interviews of candidates with clients as well as a face-to-face examination where possible
Communicate on a daily basis with line manager(s) regarding assigned jobs Provide feedback
– Communicate and build long-term relationships between the candidate and the client
Know your area of expertise – industry, clients – competition, job titles and their description
– Research and development of potential clients
Documentation of vital details in the internal database
Thinking outside the box, proactive research and approach to the job
– Strictly achieve the goals set in month 121
Education and rehabilitation:
Previous experience in the recruitment field.
Experience in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent, and company database.
– Good organizational and management skills.
– Excellent communication skills.
Sound judgment and high emotional intelligence.
