Carries out recruitment activities in providing the highly qualified and diversified workforce required by the Company in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and practices. Marketing a value proposition for the company’s employees to attract, select and obtain the required competent interested parties.

Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to Qatargas’ talent management approach, inculcating the company’s values, ethics and corporate identity in all work activities inside and outside the organization and as role models as an employer brand ambassador.
2. Contributes to annual staffing plans aligned with the sourcing framework, based on regulatory requirements for identified vacancies, highlighting status and escalating topics accordingly.
3. Completes targeted selection activities, including candidate assessment and evaluation, coordination of client stakeholders and use of standard tools and techniques. Complete the initial screening and evaluation of the HR selection interview for a specific group of clients.
4. Under the guidance of the supervisor, the supply management activities, including the filter, are conducted

5 Under the direction of the supervisor, manage the mobilizer and movement activities, including mobilization of cadres, layoffs, reassignments, family status, and relocation. Prepares and provides input to regular reports for management and executive departments, detailing track readiness, and progress.
6 Under the direction of the supervisor, manage relevant CWO activities.
7 Assists in the preparation and maintenance of candidates’ files and records including memos and other letters required for management approval and submission for examination and approval, while ensuring confidentiality of applicants and candidates’ records and files and protection from unauthorized access.
8 Under the direction of the supervisor, new contracts for employees provide standard materials through the HR directive. Coordinates with HR colleagues to ensure recruitment of new HRIS carpenters within reasonable time frames.
9 Prepares and provides input for regular reports to management and executive departments, detailing candidate tracking, and progress against approved plans.
10 Acts as an end user to manage the internal billing process, providing due diligence for accurate data entry and allocating costs under the direction of the supervisor, as appropriate. Assists in implementing technical systems that enable the recruitment process. Adhere to work controls as per role responsibilities, and escalate issues to supervisor as required.

4 years of experience in a general HR environment with 2 years of home recruitment experience or 2 years within an agency.
• Ideally oil and gas industry.

Proficient in spoken and written English.
Computer literacy {MS Office) including excel skills and solid data
Analysis skills.
Familiarity with ERP, ideally SAP
Familiarity with sourcing tool, eg: job boards
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with multiple levels of organization
Requires strong organizational and planning skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
