What will you do:
Responsible for advertising vacancies on recruitment websites
– Conducting interviews with all candidates
Support manager and managers to formulate effective staffing including creation of job descriptions
Ensure that the recruitment process reflects the company’s policy, procedures and values while complying with the Qatari Labor Law.
Ensure that all internal recruitment tools of the company are used to the fullest extent.
Develop a sustainable candidate leadership strategy
Develop talent acquisition strategies and recruitment plans
Leading recruitment branding initiatives
– Identify current staffing needs and develop staffing expectations
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in the hospitality sector, experience in Qatar is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a large scale property
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving ability.
