As an Oracle Recruiter, you will accelerate staffing and staffing needs across internal and external resources to ensure vacancies are filled with high-level talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full employment lifecycle within the assigned Oracle department(s). May act as a technical specialist searching for, hiring and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions. You will interact with online resource tools and Oracle*s iRecruitment web tool.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes his role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A proven record of measurable success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to target candidates and recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic staffing programmes. ability to travel. Two years of employment experience in an agency or high technology environment. BA / BA.
