Our latest opportunity is for a talented receptionist to join our award winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for providing professional, efficient and elegant services to all employees and visitors

basic tasks
Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate individuals and voicemail.
– Welcoming and assisting all visitors to KEO (Essential)
– Provide keypad services to internal and external (essential) callers
Front-end service management (basic)
– Meeting room layout and catering (basic)
– Convert and process incoming/outgoing mail, mail and faxes (basic)
– Taking and transmitting messages (basic)
Assisting the FM & A team with administrative tasks
Appropriate communication with the wider FM&A team
– Greet and announce visitors. Follows up and coordinates security procedures, issues visitor permits, and verifies parking when required.
Use appropriate room IT tools to coordinate conference room reservations and services, ensure rooms are prepared and maintained to standards, and coordinate with stakeholders as required
May perform department-specific administrative duties such as conducting research, updating databases and general administrative support.
– Coordinates catering for meetings and events. You may negotiate prices and menus.
– Performs general clerical duties associated with the distribution of office communications, documents, parcels and mail as required. Uses tracking systems to record incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and mail.
– Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
Maintains the elegant appearance of reception area, meeting rooms, staff and other common areas. Building requests and housekeeping services as needed. Periodically inspect common area equipment to ensure good operating condition. Arranges servicing equipment as needed.
Maintains records and logs of service requests and status tracking.
– Performs other duties as assigned.
Handle ad hoc requests and routine administrative tasks using appropriate tools, and engage with KEO Kares

To succeed in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least two years of work experience as a receptionist or other management role with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any other related field.

Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
