Assess an investor’s goals to determine their needs and requirements and convert potential customers into actual sales
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to provide them with properties as per their requirements
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to impress clients and secure an advisory deal
• Monitoring the real estate market to see new and old properties for sale
• Conduct research and analysis of the real estate market to identify areas in which margins of demand and profitability are increasing
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
• Build and establish a good working relationship with legal advisors and other consulting professionals to exchange ideas and expand your personal network
• Conducting surveys to obtain data that provides information regarding profitable real estate investments
• Giving clients recommendations and advice on appropriate real estate investments to make
• Maintaining a database of commercial, industrial and residential real estate available in the real estate market
• Develop and implement effective strategies in increasing property value
• Conduct price negotiations with the client to reach a favorable deal.
salary:
From 6000 to 8000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.

• Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum experience in real estate sales: 5 years (must have experience in UAE)
• Must be a professional in the field of real estate sales
