Rain-affected citizens will be compensated

Manama, August 1 (BNA): The Ministry of Finance and National Economy has deposited compensation amounts for rain-affected citizens in the Al-Lawzi area, according to information provided by the Ministry of Works and the Northern Governorate.

This came in implementation of the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to limit water damage in the Lozi area.

Minister of Works Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Hawaj affirmed his keenness to implement the decision of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister with the Northern Governorate, through field visits to the damaged houses.

Al-Hawaj stressed that the ministry, in coordination with the concerned authorities, is following up on the implementation of sustainable solutions with high standards to ensure their quality in the Al-Lawzi area to provide advanced services to citizens and residents.
