• Implementation of training programs that support the company’s objectives with regard to quality and food safety.
• Ensures compliance with all quality programs including HACCP and ISO22000.
• Evaluation and control of all critical control points in restaurants.
• Perform daily check in different process areas for compliance with food safety standards.
• Take corrective actions if there is any deviation from the critical limits set.
• Participates in and contributes to the continuous improvement of departmental standard operating procedures.
• Helps ensure that the quality program implemented in restaurants provides a systematic approach to assessment, inspection, testing, calibration and all other aspects needed to control and ensure the quality of food products
• Conducting internal audits within the unit and at the outlets.
• Conducting routine laboratory analyzes of food, water and environmental samples.
• Ensures compliance with customer specifications for products.
• Reduce customer complaints to the lowest level by establishing appropriate control of all food safety risks.
• Monitor hygiene standards that include cleaning and sanitation in the unit and ensure compliance with the standards.
• Evaluate product specifications, standards, protocols, quality control and new product development.
• The Pest Control Department monitors the various areas of operations and reports to the Section Head.
• Perform any other quality functions and report all issues on a daily basis to the Quality Assurance Department.
• Maintain and update all food safety and quality records.

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Any other life sciences.
• Basic / Intermediate Training on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
• Previous industry work in restaurants/hotels/hospitality or food manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Teaching the computer using the MS Office program.
• Effective decision making skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
