As a real estate consultant, you will:
• Close sales by understanding buyers’ requirements. list matching requirements; Show properties Show benefits Posting offers Suggest modifications
• Demonstrate strict adherence to daily sales activities assigned by the Head of Sales
• Attends to assigned leads as they are received with a sense of urgency, with regular follow-up to assigned leads
• Preparing the necessary papers (contracts, lease contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Generate referrals from prospects and existing customers
• Maintain regular contact with developers, investors and owners to find new opportunities and evaluate existing opportunities via calls, emails, letters and meetings.
• Searching for potential businesses to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments and villas for sale.
• Provide advice and discuss various opportunities for property services to clients and consult with them to determine their needs, preferences and financial interests.
• Complete property details which includes photoshoots, arranging shows, showing properties to potential clients, etc.
• Attend property related events such as exhibitions, real estate launches, presentations and seminars.

Graduate or university
You must have 2+ years of experience in the real estate field
You must have a valid UAE driving license
Must have knowledge of real estate industry sales, leasing, etc.
Must have experience attending events, exhibitions, real estate launches, seminars and presentations.
