Project Management Consultant (Hotel Renovation)

We are looking for a professional Project Management Consultant, who will be responsible for coordinating with selected MEP Consultants and Contractors (FLS), Interior Design and Room Renovation, executing the hotel building renovation plan including, you will be fully responsible for securing any sub-consultants required to carry out the services of Project management consultancy and all duties and responsibilities of a multidisciplinary project management consultant.

What will you do:

Manage, coordinate and monitor all activities (including but not limited to the activities of other consultants, contractors and direct procurement suppliers) associated with the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion and delivery of the project in order that the requirements and objectives of the client are met and in particular that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Be available throughout the renovation of the hotel in accordance with the attached Ownership Improvement Scheme to provide services to assist the owner with the business including attending meetings and providing feedback and advice regarding functionality and operating costs of the hotel and its compliance with the Brand Standards.
Assist in the selection of owner-appointed project advisors.
At all stages of the business, the project manager must provide project advisors with written monthly reports that reflect the status and progress of the project in all its aspects.
– The project manager must not have a contractual relationship with the consultants appointed by the owner and communication with the consultants must be done through the owner, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The project manager will work with the owner to minimize the cost of the business, provided that the brand standards are strictly adhered to.
– The project manager is not required to perform any services other than those stipulated in this document unless the two parties agree on that.
Capital Commitment: The Project Manager will use reasonable commercial efforts to propose the Property Improvement Plan to the Owner and, at the operator’s reasonable discretion, the cost shall not exceed the budget amount including the capital required to equip the hotel to IT standards. The two parties will work together to tailor the property improvement plan with the support of specialist consultants and quantity surveyors to ensure the property improvement plan.
To act as a project management consultant for the project, as defined in more detail in this Scope of Services document.
– To make it clear that the scope of services that the consultant has to perform is fully understood.

Experience and skills include:

– Experience of not less than 10 years
Highly Certified PMI Practitioner
It must be subjective and motivating
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Must be team oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be attentive to detail and passionate about guest service
Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized and reliable
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
