Faithful + Gould is currently looking for a qualified Project Construction Manager degree in Saudi Arabia with over 18 years of experience 7 years of which must be in high tech fit out projects. This person should be forward-thinking and experienced in managing multidisciplinary site teams.

The Project Creation Manager will be a qualified professional currently working at a senior level capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects.
Must have minimum qualifications of BA, BA, BA or equivalent, have legal status and more than 20 years of experience with 7 similar to this project/role.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the business’s reputation with our clients and developing effective long-term relationships with clients thereby identifying and developing new opportunities for the broader group.
Experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects, including technical fit-outs for high-tech offices, game centers, data centers or the like.
Excellent knowledge of construction techniques as well as project controls procedures, quality, health and safety
– A “round profile”, convenient in planning, analyzing, managing the process and business considerations. The successful candidate will also be able to mobilize people and teams and drive for a successful delivery.
Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.

main activities

Manage the cross-functional site supervision team responsible for delivering a portfolio rollout/preparation work program as per client requirements.
Manage key stakeholder interfaces which will include all departments within the client organization as well as other departments.
– General Administration of Construction and Control.
Monitor contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities.
Monitor construction progress to comply with schedule.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, cost and quality and ensure the highest health and safety standards are achieved.
Ensure that resources are adequate to meet current and future commitments and maximize opportunities.
