Senior Contracts & Commercial Director – Hospital
Salary: 5-7000 OMR per month
Our client is a leading holding company based in Oman. They have more than 20,000 employees in 14 business units comprising of construction, manufacturing, steel and EPC.
Degree-qualified – LLM will be required, although not necessary
– RICS . member
Minimum 10 years of construction contractor experience in a commercial / contracts manager role (ideally – service contracts)
Highly experienced in developing commercial strategies, leading contract negotiations for civil projects
Substantial experience in leading evaluations of variance orders – identifying, evaluating and controlling change orders
Claims Management Expert – Preparation of Procedures, Claims/Defence Preparation and Dispute Resolution
The ideal candidate should have worked with reputable contractors in the Middle East region with a proven track record in a similar role.
