Production Schedule II should include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

Responsible for managing schedules and budgets, meeting the needs of crew members in the group, and performing other general administrative duties
Work closely with the production team to jointly deliver and manage project schedules for contract compliance and overall project workflow
Maintain effective communication with internal and external production teams to ensure accurate production information such as production schedule, shooting locations, credits, scripts and graphics.
– As assigned, review production manager production schedules, handles, scripts, rough cuts, exact cuts, final inspection copies, and other materials
Manage and distribute production delivery schedules, filming locations, production company information and other relevant software updates using appropriate databases
Track deliverables and communicate the achievement of production milestones, production issues or changes to project team members
Arrange meetings and conference calls and assist with travel arrangements as required
– Provide timely updates on production schedules, payment confirmation and other deliverable information
– Perform other related duties as requested or required
Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and exercise diplomacy and tact at all times

Service requirements:
Production scheduling services II must meet the following educational and/or work experience requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a globally recognized industry credential or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience
At least three (3) years relevant experience as a Production Assistant or Coordinator
Knowledge of field work and post-production.
Experience working with commercial, broadcast or production organizations.
– Excellent organization, detail-oriented prioritization, time management and communication skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowing the farmer’s wife or other similar programs is an advantage
– Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
