Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices while providing invoicing decisions and billing for payment
Resolve all vendor inquiries and orders received via emails/tickets within the agreed SLA
Follow up on requests (via calls/mail or tickets) to process the reservation invoice as per AP guidelines
– Process all rebates, recharges, promotions and allowances in accordance with the terms of trade and supplier agreements in accordance with the agreed TAT
Ensure that discount notes are issued in a timely manner in the seller’s account and delivered with the required support
– Ensure the full settlement of the agreed-upon discounts, posting them in the system and recovering them from the arrested sellers
Handle all process related queries and escalations from business units and control units
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as needed
Full ownership of accounting and settlements. Ensures accuracy and timeliness
Manages the monthly closing of financial records and the dissemination of month-end information; Ensures the accuracy of financial statements
Maintain complete documentation accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
– Lead and support the team on the ground

– Commerce Graduate (B.Com)
Graduate of Commerce – Accounting and/or Finance
Any accounting degree is a plus
– Knowledge/Experience of SAP
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the accounts receivable sector.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. (orally and in writing),
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS excel
Hands-on experience handling invoices – material, shipping, servicing, purchase paperwork, non-purchase orders, exception handling
Hands-on experience in Payment Processing, Proof, Vendor Finance, Direct Debit
Should have adequate knowledge about process improvement tools and techniques
Understand billing and payments processing and SLA help desk and generate required reports and review them with stakeholders
Knowledge about different workflow applications and tools for billing, payments and help desk process available in the market which can improve efficiency
