Principal Consultant/Technical Officer for Oracle Fusion SCM
As the primary customer contact point, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with support and advising and assisting internal Oracle personnel on diverse customer situations and escalating issues.
Are you looking for a Technical Manager/Leader with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain experience and over 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of Fusion experience and remaining years of Oracle EBS supply chain field experience. If selected, he should also be prepared to work in shifts if necessary as our clients are spread across different countries.
Strong project management experience with atleast 4-5 projects leading implementation and support projects.
It is good to have PMI and ITIL certification.
Strong communication and customer facing skills including negotiation and pre-sales activities. Good communication and team player
Ability to lead a team and lead customer service meetings. Willing to work in shifts and support operations
Must have worked on most Fusion SCM Cloud Modules – Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, Autonomous Procurement (iProc), Product Center, Fusion Manufacturing, Purchase Contracts, BPM Approvals, Supply Chain Reporting Tools.
The candidate should be strong in understanding cash flows, organizing orders including costing and purchasing flows with strong exposure to inventory management.
A minimum of 2-3 Oracle Fusion SCM applications or exposure support with unit-leading hands-on experience in either of the two units
Must have worked extensively on Oracle EBS / Fusion SCM operations. Good understanding of business flows and processes.
Must have worked on data migration using FBADI and familiar with other systems integration from a functional point of view. He must have good knowledge regarding the integration of system management using ICS with other systems.
Extensive knowledge of business group functional settings, organizations, departments, divisions, operating units, etc.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills in solving problems in a Fusion Cloud environment. Should have good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL and be able to generate reports in OTBI using SQLs.
Must have good Fusion Environment debugging skills and knowledge of Oracle Cloud support processes. Knowlede receives quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and will be able to work effectively with Oracle Cloud Support.

Exposure to cross functional skills such as Finance/HCM has been added, but not a prerequisite.
